Legal basis
Fit AI processes your personal data in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (No. 547-III, 2 July 2019) and its subsequent amendments. By using Fit AI you consent to the collection and processing of data as described below.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide during registration (name, e-mail address, date of birth, gender) and during onboarding (height, weight, fitness goals). Activity metrics such as steps, calories, distance, and sleep are read from Apple Health or Google Health Connect only with your explicit permission.
How your data is stored
Your profile and fitness data are stored in a secure cloud database (hosted in the EU) and cached locally on your device. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
AI and nutrition features
When you use AI meal planning or food recognition, your dietary goals or food images are sent over HTTPS to our server-side processing function. Food photos are not retained after analysis — only the extracted nutrition data is stored in your account.
Third-party services
Apple Health and Google Health Connect operate under their own privacy policies. Fit AI requests read-only access and never writes data back to those platforms without your explicit action.
Your rights
Under Uzbekistan personal data law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us at privacy@fitai.app.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be notified via the app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Last updated: July 2026.
